Job Title: Telesales Representative - REGO

Job Summary

As a Telesales Representative for our company, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to generate leads, verify and filter data, create awareness about our rental services, promote our company brand, and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities

·       Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our car rental services. Explain the benefits and features of our rental options to engage potential clients. Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Data Verification. Verify the accuracy of customer data collected from various sources. Ensure that all customer information in our database is correct and up-to-date. Confirm rental requirements and details with customers to ensure accuracy.

·       Data Filtration: Filter and segment data to identify high-potential leads. Prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert and their rental needs. Maintain an organized database of qualified leads for targeted sales efforts.

·       Creating Service Awareness:  Educate potential and existing customers about our car rental services, fleet options, and special offers. Utilize effective communication techniques to raise interest and awareness about our services. Answer questions and provide detailed information to help customers make informed decisions.

·       Promoting Company Brand: Represent the company in a positive manner in all customer interactions. Communicate our brand values, mission, and unique selling points to build a strong brand image. Assist in developing promotional scripts and marketing content to enhance brand visibility.

·       CRM Management: Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate customer and lead information. Track and manage customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM. Generate and analyse CRM reports to identify trends, measure performance, and improve sales strategies. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all CRM activities.

·       Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers post-rental to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

·       Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead generation efforts. Provide regular updates and reports on call outcomes, lead statuses, and CRM data to management. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.


Qualifications And Skills

·       Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

·      Experience: Fresher or Proven 1-2 years’ experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the car rental or automotive industry with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·       Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

·       Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

·       Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

·       Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

·       Positive attitude and resilience under pressure.

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·       Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.


Working Conditions

This role may involve working in a call center environment with extended periods of sitting and talking on the phone.
