We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Food Technologist to develop, improve, and maintain food and beverage products. The role involves ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance with food regulations while supporting new product development and process optimization. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of food science, product formulation, and food safety standards.


  • Research, develop, and test new food products, recipes, and formulations.
  • Modify and improve existing products to enhance taste, nutrition, shelf life, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams to align products with market needs.
  • Ensure all food products comply with health, safety, and legal standards.
  • Conduct sensory evaluation, microbiological testing, and nutritional analysis.
  • Develop and maintain HACCP, GMP, and other food safety programs.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes for consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Support troubleshooting in production to resolve formulation or processing issues.
  • Implement new technologies to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Ensure products meet national and international food regulations and labeling requirements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, product specifications, and ingredient declarations.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and certification bodies as needed.
  • Work with suppliers on ingredient quality, sourcing, and cost optimization.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with product knowledge and technical insights.
  • Provide training to production and quality control staff.
