We are hiring an experienced Gold Scalper to join our trading team

Do you have what it takes to execute high-frequency trades on Gold markets in ultra-short-term timeframes? We are looking for a dedicated trader who can scalp Gold on 1-minute to 5-minute charts, utilizing trend and momentum strategies. The role requires an independent, results-driven individual who can consistently follow pre-defined strategies and manage risk with discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Use M1 to M5 chart intervals to capture quick market movements.
• Execute trades according to pre-defined strategies based on Smart Money Concepts (SMC), Moving Averages (MAs) (specifically 9 and 21 MAs), Relative Strength Index (RSI), Bollinger Bands (BB), and other advanced indicators.
• Monitor and analyze price actions, trends, and momentum indicators continuously for optimal trade entries and exits.
• Manage trades with a strict risk management approach, ensuring exposure remains within defined limits.
• Adhere strictly to provided trading strategies, maintaining a disciplined approach and following instructions without deviation.
• Maintain detailed trading logs and reports, documenting each trade's rationale, execution, and outcome.
• Stay updated on market news and events that may influence Gold's price volatility to adapt strategies when necessary.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in scalping Gold, with a focus on ultra-short-term timeframes.
• Deep understanding of SMC models, including Order Blocks (OBs), liquidity pools, and other liquidity-driven setups.
• Proficiency with technical indicators: MAs (9/21), RSI, Bollinger Bands, Supertrend (ST), and other trend/momentum tools.
• Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended trading sessions with minimal errors.
• Exceptional risk management skills, including strict stop-loss adherence and understanding of leverage impacts.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, capable of reacting to rapid market changes.
• Experience using trading platforms like MetaTrader 5, TradingView, or similar for charting and execution.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of advanced trading platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with high-frequency trading management and microstructure analysis.
• Understanding of global market events, economic releases, and their potential impact on Gold prices.
• Previous professional experience in a high-pressure trading environment.
