Job Summary: We are seeking candidate with high degree of integrity, dedication and hard work for the post of Audit Executive. The job requires candidate to work independently with minimal supervision.


Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution of audit plan at the regional level.

• Undertake field-level audits and identify fraudulent practices.

• Identify key risk areas by conducting process-level audits.

• Ensure that major observations are reported immediately. Preparation and issuance of the audit report with detailed findings during the field and back-office audit.

• Interact with regional teams for compliance closure.

• Coordinate with the field team on operational issues in the assigned portfolio.

• Preparation of monthly reports and major observations summary.


Skill Requirements:

• Minimum qualification Graduate (B. Com preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the MFI/Banking sector (worked in the internal audit & Risk department will be preferred)

• Must be willing to travel extensively.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & oral) including excellent report writing. • High degree of professionalism, commitment, and integrity.

• Cultural awareness, understanding, and sensitivity.

• An eye for detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
