Be part of a team that’s redefining how the world connects.We’re currently looking for: Senior Mobile Application DeveloperResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of Android and iOS applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across platforms.Architect, design, and implement key mobile app components, frameworks, and reusable modules using modern technologies and design patterns.Define scalable architecture, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to platform-specific best practices (Material Design 3, Human Interface Guidelines).Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to craft seamless user experiences.Ensure optimal app performance, memory management, and responsiveness.Lead by example—mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and uphold engineering standards.Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and tools, and advocate for their adoption when beneficial.Create the detailed design of mobile applications, components and key implementation technology.Debug, profile, and resolve critical technical issues across both Android and iOS platforms.Effectively communicate and articulate the design and technology to the management and engineering teams.Qualifications:7+ years of professional experience in native mobile application development (Android & iOS).Expert in Kotlin and Swift, with proficiency in Java and Objective-C for legacy codebases.Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack Components, iOS frameworks (UIKit, CoreData, Combine, SwiftUI), and app lifecycle management.Strong grasp of architectural patterns (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture).Deep understanding of asynchronous programming (coroutines, Flows, GCD, async/await).Hands-on experience with API integration (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets) and real-time data handling.Experience with Gradle, Swift Package Manager, or CocoaPods build tools.Familiarity with Firebase, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, and Performance Monitoring.Prior experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Play Store and App Store.Proficient in unit testing, UI automation, and CI/CD integration for mobile applications.Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.Excellent communication, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Nice to have:Experience building modular app architectures or multi-target frameworks.Experience with OpenGL ES, Reactive frameworks (RxSwift / Kotlin Flow), or multi-module mobile architectures.Prior experience building SDKs or shared libraries for internal or external use.Hands-on experience with Firebase, Analytics, and Performance Monitoring.Exposure to Swift Package Manager or CocoaPods customization.Prior exposure to Contact Center or Telecommunications systemsWhat we offer: Mediclaim BenefitsPaid HolidaysCasual/Sick LeavePrivilege LeaveBereavement LeaveMaternity LeavePaternity LeaveWellness CoachingEmployee Referral BonusProfessional Development AllowancesNight Shift AllowancesRingCentral’s Engineering team works on high-complexity projects that set the standard for performance and reliability at massive scale.
