You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and nurturing relationships with key partners.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  1. People Management:
  • Lead a Multifunctional team within BigCity’s Product Development, Strategic Alliances and Partnerships domain. Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports, set department objectives, and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
  • Responsible for developing the appropriate organizational structure, resource planning with appropriate KRA & KPI to support the business objectives and key deliverables.
  • Help identify, evaluate, and prioritize focus areas for the team to pursue.
  1. General and Task Management
  • Support development and management of key relationships and alliances, including outreach, communications, and strategy development.
  • Develop, manage, execute, and continuously improve our partnership strategy.
  • Ensure seamless integration of partner products or services.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including partner on-boarding, contract negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Manage contract compliance and renewals with existing partners.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Effectively lead Loyalty fulfillment and catalog management.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6-8 years of applicable professional experience, preferably from Alliances & Partnerships role. Past exposure into Loyalty Operations and Procurement will be an added advantage.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above required.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
  • Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels including CEO, CXO and Senior Leadership of partner brands.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Commercially astute with experience of managing budgets.
  • Ability to be flexible and responsive; able to work effectively under pressure and re- prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high work standards.
  • Pro-efficiency in MS Excel and computers.
