Our data-driven insights fuel decision-making and provide comprehensive support for both acquisition and being acquired, ensuring you are covered from every angle—360°About our Client:Our client is a diversified retail / consumer-electronics company.The Role:Conduct the audit of financial, accounting, payroll and inventory records on regular basis as per the audit plan and follow up with the respective team for corrective actionsEvaluate the internal controls, identify loopholes and give recommendationsLiaise with external advisors / auditorsVerify the statutory compliances, reconcile the statutory returns with the books of accounts, communicate the gap to the respective stakeholders, etcVerify all reconciliation statements and identify the gaps and communicate to the respective stakeholdersConduct the stock audits on regular basis, review the discrepancies in stock audit report and take corrective actionsReview the trial balance on monthly basis and suggest the corrective measuresReview the processes, identify the process gaps compared to SOP, communicate the process gaps to the respective task owners, etcThe Requirement:Must be a CA-Inter with minimum 4-5 years of experience excluding articleship periodProficient in ERP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPointWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations – Income Tax, GST, labour laws, etcProved experience in audit field – retail experience is preferred
