Senior Visual Designer/Senior Creative Designer

After establishing ourselves as the foremost fertility tracker in the US market, we're looking to expand our in-house creative team. We’re seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join us.

As a key member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of driving company growth and amplifying our brand through visually stunning content. You'll craft content that not only captivates but educates, blending eye-catching visuals with science about the human body and wellness. You'll be part of the team that's challenging the status quo set by traditional, often inaccurate, fertility trackers to pioneer a new category in hormone tracking. Our current audience consists of women who are trying to conceive or simply want to understand their reproductive health better.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate & lead brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for multiple campaigns and projects, spanning both paid marketing and organic content initiatives (example: YT, IG, Tik Tok)
  • Collaborate with the team to generate visual concepts that drive growth and enhance branding efforts, ensuring alignment with the campaign objectives.
  • Ensure that all visual designs adhere to brand guidelines and align with the overarching campaign strategy, maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
  • Work with the Creative Director in the development and review of creative briefs, providing input and insights to shape campaign direction and objectives.
  • Establish and enforce high creative standards that reflect and support brand goals, ensuring that all visual assets meet quality benchmarks and resonate with the target audience.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment by consistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work on time.
  • Continuously learn and research consumer behavior to gain insights that inform visual direction, leveraging this to create compelling designs that resonate with the target audience.
  • Take ownership of multiple projects from concept to completion, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and attention to detail throughout the creative process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of experience in related roles
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong portfolio with record of conceptual creative ability ● Understanding of consumer behavior and industry trends
  • Proven experience working on brand campaigns
  • US/EU Experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
