Talentnauts is our attempt to help leaders to build their engineering teams by finding the right Talent. We work with funded tech startups to Fortune 500 companies. Actively involved in hiring for Niche skills specifically for Product companies. Our expertise in niche areas like Distributed Systems, Data Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, Firmware Development and Cloud Technology.


As a Technical Recruiter at Talentnauts you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. You will work closely with our Clients, mostaly Founders & Co-founders of tech startups to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies, while maintaining a candidate-centric and engaging recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven and results-oriented professional with a passion for recruiting top technical talent.


Responsibilities

  • Write and post technical job descriptions to relevant platforms
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms like Linkedin, Github etc
  • Perform screening and pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive/active candidates
  • Communicate with hiring Managers to identify future job openings
  • Manage Interview Process/Coordination
  • Perform background or reference checks
  • Relationship building with clients and candidates


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter(2- 4 years)
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Google meet, Zoom and structured)
  • Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-3 Years of experience working as developer/testing/support related roles in software company


Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent (BE\B Tech CS, IT, E & TC)


Skills which will give you an edge over others:

  • Devskiller Certified/ CITR certified candidates will be preferred
  • Candidates having multiple clients handling experience in recruitment agencies.


Job Location :

Remote/ Anywhere in India. (Should be open to work from office at Pune location if required)
