📢 We Are Hiring – Director of Development | GurgaonThe Clarks Hotels & Resorts, one of India’s fastest growing hotel groups with over 130 hotels, is expanding its development team. We are looking for a Director – Development to drive our national growth strategy through management contracts and revenue-share partnerships.📍 Location: Corporate Office – Gurgaon🛫 Scope: Pan India📈 Role Type: Leadership | Full-time | On-siteKey Responsibilities:Drive hotel portfolio expansion across IndiaSource & close management contract and revenue-share projectsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of hotel owners and investor partnersLead commercial negotiations and deal closuresWork cross-functionally with legal, technical and finance teamsTravel for deal origination and closure meetings as requiredCandidate Profile:7–10 years of experience in hotel development (mandatory)Proven track record in hotel signing and deal closureStrong network with hotel developers, owners and real estate groupsExcellent commercial acumen and negotiation capabilityProfessional presence and relationship-building skillsTarget and result-oriented mindsetImportant Note:Only candidates with relevant hotel development experience should apply.
