Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer at Team Computers. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for day-to-day graphic design tasks, including designing graphics, creating logos, and branding. The role will also involve typography and other related design tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of visual communication materials including but not limited to digital assets, print collateral, branding materials, advertising campaigns, and presentations.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and requirements, and translate them into visually compelling designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables, maintaining brand integrity and visual standards.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment and providing mentorship to junior designers.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
