Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled Quality analyst with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various testing methodologies, including manual, automation, and performance testing. Proficiency in Selenium and testing frameworks is essential for this role.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Python and Django applications, as well as data science models.
  • Perform both manual and automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
  • Design and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools such as PyTest, Selenium, and Robot Framework.
  • Conduct API testing using tools like Postman.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address software defects and issues.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Conduct performance/Load testing using tools like JMeter or Locust to assess application scalability and reliability.
  • Analyze test results and provide timely feedback to the development team.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices in software testing.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including black-box testing, white-box testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
  • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of React JS will be a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
