Human Resources Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist to join our growing startup team. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with HR best practices while fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and adept at navigating the unique challenges of a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly.
- Manage employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Lead the offboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with organizational policies.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to startup needs.
- Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Culture Building & Engagement
- Champion a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration.
- Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Provide coaching and support to employees to address grievances and promote a positive workplace environment.
Strategic HR Initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement training and development programs tailored to a startup setting.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HRIS tools.
- High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution abilities.
