Roles and Responsibilities

● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop

recruitment strategies.

● Lead and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration,

professional development, and continuous learning.

● Identify key metrics and KPIs to track the success of business initiatives.

● Possess a strong understanding of data analytics methodologies, including

data mining, modelling, and visualisation tools. Stay updated with emerging

trends and technologies in the data analytics field.

● Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to ensure clear

understanding and alignment on data-driven insights.

● Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive

threats.

● Implement and maintain robust data quality standards and governance

practices within the team. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility

for all teams.

● Manage multiple data analysis projects concurrently, prioritising tasks, and

meeting deadlines effectively. Track project progress and communicate

updates to stakeholders.

● Present data findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that

resonates with stakeholders across all levels.


The Ideal Profile

● 4-7 years of experience in data analysis and data management. E-commerce

experience is a plus.

● Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data analysts. Strong

understanding of data mining, modelling, and data visualisation techniques

(e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

● A passion for data-driven decision-making and a knack for translating data

into actionable insights.

● Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

effectively.

● Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices.
