The ideal candidate should be an all-rounder with a good understanding of accounting, taxation, audit, and compliance. This role offers exposure across multiple finance functions and an opportunity to work with tools like Tally, Excel, and Computax for real-time accounting and tax management.Key Responsibilities:Overview day-to-day accounting and ensure accuracy in books of accounts.Assist in preparation of financial statements – Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow.Lead internal and statutory audits; ensure compliance with applicable laws and standards.Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and reconciliation using Computax and other tools.Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis for management review.Assist in process improvement and implementation of internal financial controls.Coordinate with internal teams for information flow and documentation.Lead Inventory and Fixed Assets AuditCoordinate with clients to provide quality servicesLead Global Compliances for multiple countriesDesired Skills & Competencies:Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, and auditing principles.Working knowledge of Tally, Computax, and MS Excel (mandatory).Basic understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and take ownership.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Why Join Us:Opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure in finance, accounts, and compliance.Guidance and mentorship from experienced Chartered Accountants.A collaborative and growth-oriented work culture.Ideal for CAs looking to build a strong foundation across finance domains.
