Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Project Manager (Psychometrician), you will be a part of our R&D and Consulting department. Your main objective is to manage psychometric projects, ensuring they advance smoothly and meet timelines.

Your main missions are:

R&D (70%)

• Project Management of psychometric projects, including but not limited to the revision and validation of psychometric assessments and HR tools.
• Ensure projects advance well with timelines, organize tasks on appropriate organization tools, delegate tasks, and provide clarity to the team across objectives.
• Quality Control of existing tools and complex scoring processes.
• Coordination of statistical analyses and data handling processes, using R and Python.
• Contribute to technical content creation for Marketing/Communication.
• Provide guidance and support to R&D members across technical projects.
• Working on skills & jobs referentials
• Ensuring new psychometric validation process including AI analysis
• Create complex AI generative program dedicated to R&D projects
• Ensuring innovant psychometric validation process integrating AI analysis

Consulting (30%)

• Answer client queries on psychological aspects of products.
• Provide consulting services to clients in the India and MENA regions, including technical consulting services on psychometric and statistical aspects of the products.
• Coordinate and delegate client request tasks where appropriate.
• Provide support to the sales team in identifying solutions for client needs and requests.

You'll work with the R&D team, made of 15 people spread across India, London and Paris. This multicultural environment is one of our biggest strength

Profile Requirements:

• Education: MSc in psychometrics, industrial/organisational psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with a psychometric publisher.

Skills:

Essential:

• Technical skills: expertise in quantitative psychometrics, statistical analyses (including IRT and adaptive testing), proficiency on R.
• Soft skills : Fluency in english, project management, organizational skills, communication skills, flexibility.

A big plus if you have experience in Python

Salary: 14 to 18 Lakhs INR, depending on experience
