Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, a deep understanding of the US job market, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an on-site role with working hours aligned to the US Eastern Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates for various IT positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent using job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to effectively identify and attract top talent.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and employment laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Min 2-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles.
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
Strong understanding of the US job market and IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
