Company Description

The Con Artists Production is a photography and film-making production house based in Hyderabad and Pune. Specializing in wedding photography and films, corporate events, ad films, film production, and event photography, we have a dedicated team with over a decade of experience. Our tailored services cater to the unique needs of our clients, and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team.


Responsibilities:

  • You will be a part of the team that creates magic in wedding photos – and in doing so, will be creating inspirational stories
  • You will be part of our photo/film-making team, and you'll be working with our Artists along with the ideation team to cull, edit and craft storytelling photo sets including social media projects(imp)
  • You must be good and well-versed with editing software such as Lightroom, Photo Mechanic, Photoshop and other Ai softwares to achieve efficiency
  • Build new age digital Albums that bring back the old-world charm to weddings on grid based softwaares like Fundy
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowing Telugu will be preferred.
  • Manage all technical aspects of editing post training/coaching
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest editing techniques, equipment, and trends.
  • Coach and upskill teams to achieve newer goals as you grow in roles

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years of proven experience in photo editing in Lightroom or Photoshop, preferably within weddings, events, portraits and spaces
  • Portfolio showcasing your editing work (not phone edited images)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Telugu, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
