JD - Enterprise Architect.Job Scope:Develop transformation strategies and high-level business cases, clearly communicating the value of transformational change to IT executive leadership within customer organizationsLead transformation solutions by assessing the current state, including data management, dependencies, compliance, security, application portability, IT delivery models, and consolidation technologies like cloud automation, virtualization, containers, high availability and Disaster Recovery and new age solutions around GPUs and AIGain customer confidence on scoping and deliverables. Document and share intellectual property—such as processes, tools, deliverables, methodologies, and approaches—that further differentiate our solution propositions.Job Responsibilities:Presales & Business Pursuit of services like colocation, compute and GPU cloud (private, public, hybrid, hyperscaler), managed services, security services, network services and application services (Oracle, SAP, etc.).Lead the creation of a high-level roadmaps, defining requirements, sizing estimates, design, specifications, and migration strategies with supporting ROI and TCO modelsGuide SEs to identify and plan for specific domain solutions that form part of the overall landscape or independently work on solution creation depending on the scale and complexity of the solutionPerform customer assessments and recommend upgrades based on roadmap and capacity needsOversee the development of detailed designs, project plans, migration strategies, and acceptance test plansLead discussions around transformation and consolidation plans, project management, implementationProvide comprehensive solutions for third-party RFPs or customer requirements.Identify and collaborate with third-party vendors for services Yotta cannot deliverEnsure smooth solution transitions to delivery teamsUndertake applicable trainings as communicated from time to timeParticipation in risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.Cross-functional stakeholder managementAdditional activities:Create RFPs for consulting opportunities and oversee the response lifecycleDevelop new solution consulting frameworks for transformation and integration projectsCollaborate with bid management teams to prepare standardized contractual documentsMust have Skill:In depth understanding of the following domains colocation, compute and GPU cloud (private, public, hybrid, hyperscaler), managed services, security services, network services and application services (Oracle, SAP, etc.) and at least expert level knowledge of three of these domainsExperienced in technical solutioning and pursuit management for large enterprise customersExcellent communication and presentation skillsProven leadership and interpersonal skillsGood to Have Skill:Eye to detailProactive and aptitude for technical PresalesPersuasive and AssertiveFlair for technical writingFair negotiation skillsBehavioral Attributes: Customer FocusDealing with ambiguityListening, Sensing & ObservingBuilding TrustArt of Skillful ConversationCreativity & Problem SolvingIntellectual HorsepowerPrioritizing, Planning & OrganizingAction Orientation & AccountabilityProcess-Quality ExcellenceBuilding Collaborative RelationshipsLearning on the flyQualification and Experience:Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Computer ScienceFramework Certifications like ITIL / TOGAF / Zachman FrameworkTechnical CertificationsMinimum 15 years of work experience
