We are looking for an Engineering Manager who will be working as part of one or more account teams and be responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled like answering technical questions, proposing budgets for projects, training new employees, and working with various other departments, prepare reports on the progress of the projects, ability to effectively delegate the work, and ability to address any technical issues that come up in the projects.


Designation- Windows Administrator

Location- Noida (Remote)

Exp: 5+ Years

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge and Hands-on experience in Windows Server OS Administration
  • Basic knowledge in Linux (ability to run basic commands)
  • Basic/Working knowledge in Infrastructure (Monitoring Alerts, Networking, VMs, F5 load balancer, Storage, etc. )
  • Production server Application Support experience – Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem (Understand and assess impact to the customer critical applications and Services)
  • Excellent Troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision (prior experience working with Global Teams)
  • Ticketing Tool (ITSM) - Change requests, Incidents (Example: Service Now, Remedy)
  • ITIL Framework Foundations

Flexible to work in shifts with 2 week rotation and in below mentioned shift hours.

Depending on business need, work in below shift patterns

Shift A = 07:30 PM -- 05:30 AM IST

Shift B = 05:00 AM -- 01:00 PM IST

Friday - Tuesday (Wednesday and Thursday weekoffs)

Saturday - Wednesday (Thursday and Friday Weekoffs)

NOTE: 3 days weekoff is considered based on extra hours worked in the shifts.
