Senior Project Manager- Women Economic Empowerement

Arthan is partnering with a leading development organization expanding its Womens Economic Empowerment (WEE) portfolio. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead projects while contributing to portfolio-wide strategy, innovation, and delivery. This is a senior leadership role ideal for someone with strong program management experience, deep understanding of entrepreneurship and gender, and the ability to engage effectively with corporates, donors, and government institutions.Key Responsibilities:Program Management & DeliveryLead implementation of assigned WEE projects, ensuring high-qualitydelivery, compliance, and reporting.Develop work plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.Coordinate with other team members to ensure cross-project alignment.Oversee field operations and partner coordination.Strategic Innovation & Ecosystem BuildingCo-design and scale tools, processes, and prototypes to strengthenwomen-led entrepreneurship.Build convergence with local institutions, ecosystem stakeholders, andfinance systems.Support scaling of proven models across geographies.Monitoring, Tracking & Feedback LoopDesign and implement robust MEL frameworks, ensuring timelyachievement of project goals.Facilitate two-way feedback between field teams and projectmanagement for adaptive decision-making.Document processes, knowledge, and learning through manuals, toolkits, and reports.Stakeholder Engagement & RepresentationBuild and sustain relationships with government officials, financialinstitutions, and ecosystem partners.Represent the organization in external forums and knowledge platforms.Support a culture of innovation, accountability, and shared ownershipwithin the team.Qualifications & ExperiencePostgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, BusinessManagement, Economics, or related fields.5-8 years of experience in program management with expertise in WEE,entrepreneurship, or livelihoods.Experience managing CSR-funded or international donor-fundedprojects.Strong understanding of gender and entrepreneurship ecosystems.Experience collaborating with government institutions and multistakeholder platforms.Solid experience in MEL systems (qualitative and quantitative).Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills.
