About Position:


Taking ownership of customer issues reported, solving their problems through by providing resolution. Ensure SLA are achieved and work proactively to maintain the same.

  • Locations: Noida, Delhi, NCR, Pune, Mumbai

  • Job Type: Full Time Employment


What You'll Do:


  • Managing client expectation for daily BAU of global network team,
  • Manage and Mantor the virtual team (Should have relevant experience),
  • Participate in technical discussion along with Client for implementing solutions pertaining to Firewall, LANs, WANs, Wireless and other networking technologies.
  • Act as single point of contact for the client.
  • Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skills


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise (12 years)
  • Checkpoint Firewall experience – Version R80 & Above (Mandatory)
  • FortiGate firewalls, Switches, Wireless (Mandatory)
  • BGP Routing, Cisco Data Center Switching – Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Cisco/HP enterprise switching.
  • F5 Load Balancers (LTM/APM/ASM)
  • SDWAN Experience (Added an advantage)
  • Must be US shift (Monday-Friday). Shift change happens only if there’s a client requirement.
  • Handling skills on working with global international clients
  • Should be comfortable for handling shift lead role and managing the escalations, support.
  • Network Security Operation Skills
  • Senior & security engineer with 12 years of hands-on experience.
  • Design plan, implement, support & maintain corporate networks
  • WAN Technologies: Cisco ASR and ISR routers, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS, QOS, Multicasting
  • LAN/Wireless/Datacenter technologies including TCP/IP, HSRP, STP, ACL, NAT, Nexus
  • Provide Level 2/3 support on Infrastructure and Integration-related issues.
  • Knowledge of Checkpoint firewalls including deployment, upgrades, patches, VPN, policy, NAT
  • Knowledge and experience with protocols such as SSH, FTP, NAT, SNMP, IPsec, QoS
  • Network Security Project & Implementation Skills
  • Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
  • Teamwork - Must work well in team environment
  • Create the required design for projects, Network/Security track
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills must for project/implementation deliverables.
  • Documentation (MS Word, Excel & Visio etc.,)
  • RCA preparation, SLA management as per ITIL best practices
  • Proactively monitor computing platforms for performance issues & take quick actions.
  • Assist in the developing Policies, Processes, and Procedures for the Infrastructure team.
  • Demonstrate and practice defined testing for all changes in the production environment.
  • Knowledge of system monitoring tools and commands to ensure quick resolution to issues.
  • Strong ISP/Product vendor coordination skills
