Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the school's zoology curriculum.
- Provide leadership and guidance to zoology faculty in instructional methods, assessment strategies, and curriculum development.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress in zoology, implementing interventions as needed to support student learning.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate zoology concepts into interdisciplinary units and projects.
- Stay updated on best practices in zoology education and advocate for their implementation within the school.
Annual Salary: 12-16 lakhs INR per annum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Zoology or Education with a focus on Zoology.
- Several years of teaching experience in zoology, preferably in a school setting.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of zoology content and pedagogy.
- Ability to mentor and support other zoology teachers.
- Dedication to student success and continuous improvement.
