We are looking for an Oracle Fusion Support Business Systems Analyst – Oracle HCM located in Bangalore, reporting to the senior manager of IT. In this role, you will optimize the existing systems and processes & Manage and support the development of Oracle Cloud HCM applications and dependent processes.This is an exceptional opportunity to join a strong, growing, successful, and innovative organization. What you'll do:

  • Manage and support Oracle Cloud HCM application business processes
  • Work with the business to support configuration changes, continuous improvements, and the optimization of existing systems and processes
  • Manage and support the development of Oracle Cloud HCM applications and dependent processes
  • Support business events like year-end/mid-year comp cycles, benefits enrollments etc.
  • Support during quarterly maintenance activities

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle HCM and ERP technologies
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud platform with deep knowledge of Global Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruitment
  • Solid experience with HCM Extract, including HR Archive, Payroll Interface types, and Benefits, BI Reports including RTF, eText, Excel Template, and XSL, and Bursting and OTBI
  • Good experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), FBDI, PBL Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and data conversion
  • Excellent knowledge in roles and security
  • Solid experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Design Studio
  • Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for Payroll, Benefits, Stocks, 401K, etc.
  • Experience with and good understating of Oracle Fusion application architecture, Oracle Web-Services, and Rest-APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Should be flexible working in shifts and have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

  • Be knowledgeable about the Infoblox HCM business process
  • Have hands-on experience with the Infoblox HCM and connected systems and be able to participate in the deliveries of enhancement Features/Stories

After about a year, you will…

  • Have deep knowledge of processes in the Infoblox HCM and connected systems like Fusion, Payroll etc. and the technical skills to execute development cycles
  • Collaborate with peers and teams across the organization in various development cycles
  • Technically assist and guide new team members and help them ramp up
  • Be a key contributor to the success of Infoblox
