We are searching for a Senior Finance Professional who has experience in a Promoter Driven manufacturing company.


Strategy :


  • Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure the accurate and timely completion of financial activities.
  • Oversee internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the financial interests of the company.
  • Manage direct taxation processes, including tax planning, compliance, and reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Utilize SAP expertise to optimize financial processes and systems, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.


Qualifications :


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on Internal Audit, risk mitigation, Direct Taxation, and banking
  • Qualification: CA or ICWA
  • Preferred Experience in Manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience managing teams and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Hands-on experience preferred to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.


Skills and Competencies:


  • Proven experience in a senior finance role with a focus on Financial Audits, strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation and regulatory requirements.
  • Track record of leading internal audit, risk mitigation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in analyzing business performance and metrics.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and experience with data analytics
  • Extensive experience in the textile/manufacturing industry is preferred.
