Location: Noida (Hybrid work model: 2 days in-office per week)
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery (for .NET Lead).

Required Skills:
- For .NET Lead / Senior .NET Developer:
- Expertise in .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular development.
- Proficiency in Azure Cloud services, including deployment and application management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- For Junior .NET Developer:
- Basic understanding of .NET Core, Entity Framework, and Angular.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- For .NET Lead / Senior .NET Developer: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud. Prior experience leading development teams is preferred.
- For Senior .NET Developer: At least 3-5 years of experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework, Angular, and Azure Cloud.
- For Junior .NET Developer: Some experience or coursework in .NET development is a plus.
