Join us in our journey to revolutionize the interior industryLocation: Bangalore | Experience: 7+ Years | Employment Type: Full-TimeRole OverviewAs Marketing Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, and generating demand for our services. You will spearhead multi-channel campaigns, optimize performance marketing, and enhance Truww’s digital and offline presence.Key Responsibilities - Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.Brand Building: Establish Truww as a top-of-mind brand in the interior industry through strong storytelling and innovative campaigns.Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) to maximize ROI.Content & Communication: Oversee content marketing, social media, influencer collaborations, and PR initiatives.SEO & Organic Growth: Implement strong SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.Customer Insights & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve marketing effectiveness.Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently.Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and drive strategic partnerships to enhance brand presence.Requirements -7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer brands, D2C, or start-ups.Proven track record in brand building, growth marketing, and customer acquisition.Hands-on experience with performance marketing, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Experience in home décor/interiors/lifestyle brands is a plus.Why Join Us?Be a part of a high-growth, tech-driven interior design company.Work with a passionate and dynamic team.Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to lead and shape the marketing vision of a fast-growing brand.If you are ready to build and scale a brand that transforms homes, we’d love to hear from youSkills: marketing strategy, brand building, CRM platforms, communication, content marketing, campaigns, SEO, customer acquisition, social media management, leadership, performance marketing, analytics.
