Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SOC Lead with expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Antivirus, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), SIEM and SOC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity professionals, overseeing the implementation and maintenance of security technologies, and ensuring the protection of our organization's information assets. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals.
  • Set clear objectives and performance goals for the team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  1. Security Technology Implementation and Maintenance:
  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of PAM, antivirus, EDR, and DLP solutions.
  • Ensure that security tools are properly integrated and functioning effectively.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, alerts, and threats in a timely manner.
  1. Strategic Planning and Development:
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies related to PAM, antivirus, EDR, and DLP.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to existing security measures.
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with other IT and business teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on security status and initiatives.
  • Prepare and present reports on security metrics and incident findings.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and procedures.
  1. Support customers
  • Support customers across various shifts
  • Plan 24x7 operations and shifts
  • SLA maintenance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) tools and practices.
  • Strong understanding of antivirus software, EDR solutions, and DLP technologies.
  • Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) and SOC.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, network security, and cloud security.
  • Management:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cybersecurity teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certifications:
  • Relevant certifications such as CEH, or similar are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years in a team lead position.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing PAM, antivirus, EDR, and DLP solutions.
