Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Recruiter and Coordinator located in Noida. The Fleet Recruiter will be responsible to recruit and manage our fleet of riders who are responsible for delivering medicines from pharmacies to users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and excellent communication skills. This role requires constant availability to communicate with drivers and handle any logistical challenges that may arise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard drivers in selected target areas.
  • Provide training and support to drivers to enhance their performance and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the driver fleet, ensuring timely order pickups and deliveries.
  • Track driver locations, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support as needed.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during transportation, including vehicle maintenance, traffic delays, or customer concerns.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in logistics management to continuously improve processes and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Fleet Operations, Fleet Management, and Operations Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in recruiting fleets, coordinating fleet logistics and managing vehicle fleets
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of relevant software and tools for fleet management
  • Relevant certification in fleet management or operations is a plus
