Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Fashion Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Fashion Stylist, you will play a pivotal role in curating captivating and trend-setting looks that embody the essence of our brand. With your keen eye for style, creative flair, and deep understanding of fashion trends, you will contribute to the development of our brand image and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and execute compelling fashion concepts and styling ideas that align with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
2. Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, runway shows, and industry developments to inform and inspire your styling decisions.
3. Source and select clothing, accessories, and props from our collections and external vendors to create cohesive and visually appealing looks for photo shoots, fashion shows, and other marketing initiatives.
4. Work closely with photographers, models, hair stylists, and makeup artists to ensure that styling elements complement each other and contribute to the overall vision of the shoot.
5. Provide on-set styling direction and guidance to photographers and videographers to ensure that outfits are captured to perfection and reflect the brand's image and messaging.
6. Conduct fittings and wardrobe consultations for models and influencers, offering personalized styling advice and recommendations based on their individual preferences and body types.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative content like Instagram reels, Youtube videos related to fashion trends, styling tips, and product features for our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a fashion stylist, either in a professional capacity or through relevant internships or freelance work.
3. Exceptional styling skills with the ability to create cohesive, on-trend looks that resonate with our target audience.
4. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to styling, ensuring that every element of a look is carefully considered and executed to perfection.
5. Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for photo shoots, events, and other promotional activities.
