Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Event & Marketing Graphic Designer & Illustrator is responsible for creating 2D designs for Marketing, Event Collaterals, and Print media to create brand visibility and reach to company’s target audience.

• Create web graphics and marketing collateral consistent with our brand image that can be used on different social media platforms for marketing.

• Ideation of different highly engaging designs with great attention to detail which is by brand attributes including look, feel, and tone.

• Create posters/designs to be published and optimize media on third-party websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media plat-forms.

• To research the industry market on innovative ideas for target audiences and the Capability to create content from ongoing events that can be used for marketing.

• Thoroughly with the operation of different designing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, etc.

• Knowledge and a good understanding of creating storyboards from the given brief and illustrating the concept of design for weddings and events.

• Develop marketing (traditional and digital) solutions, sales, and branding collateral with the direction of the Head of Marketing

• Must be able to handle many projects simultaneously and deliver work on time.

• Initiate concepts and work independently, presenting multiple solutions per project and being able to rapidly iterate.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design and hand illustration.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Coral Draw and illustration tools (Procreate is a must).

• Strong portfolio showcasing design and illustration work, with a focus on branding, marketing collateral, and event promotions.

• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and design principles.

• Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a strong visual aesthetic.
