Key Responsibilities:

- Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new products. Ensure all products are delivered on time, within scope, and of high quality.
- Customer Focus: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, understand pain points, and ensure the product meets their needs. Incorporate feedback into product development cycles.
- Project Management: Drive the execution of product initiatives from ideation through launch, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely delivery.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Metrics & KPIs: Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics to ensure the success of product launches and ongoing product iterations.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in product management, with a strong preference for candidates coming from a B2B SaaS background.
- Execution Focus: Proven track record of successfully executing product initiatives from concept to launch. Prior experience as a Senior Program Manager or in similar roles focused on execution is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, market trends, and user feedback to inform product decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and rally teams around a shared vision.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
