**Role Definition:**

As a Product Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the product management team by managing logistics, facilitating communication, and ensuring the smooth execution of product development projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in product management and coordination.


### Key Responsibilities:


**Project Coordination:**

- Assist in planning and coordinating product development projects.

- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

- Track progress and update project plans as needed.


**Documentation:**

- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, and product specifications.

- Ensure all project-related documents are organized and easily accessible.


**Communication:**

- Facilitate communication between different teams, such as development, design, marketing, and sales.

- Act as a point of contact for project updates and information.

- Schedule and organize project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are informed.


**Resource Management:**

- Coordinate the allocation of resources for product development projects.

- Track and report on resource utilization and project progress.


**Administrative Support:**

- Provide administrative support to the product management team, including scheduling meetings and organizing project files.

- Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and activities as required by the product manager.


**Issue Tracking:**

- Monitor and track issues that arise during the product development process, ensuring they are addressed promptly.

- Follow up with team members to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.


### Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello) is a plus.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.


### Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.


### Qualifications:

- Recent graduate or 0-1 year of experience in a related role.

- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in product management and coordination.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
