Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Full-Stack Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time, on-site role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee the complete lifecycle of software development, from initial design through scalable deployment. As the Engineering Lead, you will report to the CTO and drive the development of our core products, ensuring they are built with the latest technologies and deployed on robust cloud infrastructures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of our key products, including the Maladaptive Behavior Recognition system, Treatment Plan Generator, and RBT Guidance Chatbot.
  • Implement modern web technologies and frameworks to create intuitive and responsive user interfaces.
  • Architect and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, ensuring robust and scalable infrastructure.
  • Oversee the integration of AI models and data-driven insights into the application stack, working closely with the AI/ML and data science teams.
  • Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment to maintain a high standard of software development.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement in our development processes.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Solid understanding of modern software design patterns, including microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on leading and mentoring teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with serverless architecture and GraphQL.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integration and data processing pipelines.
  • Background in healthcare technology or familiarity with autism.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
