Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Prototyping Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for turning concepts into reality through innovative prototyping techniques. This is an immediate hiring opportunity for individuals willing to relocate to Bodhgaya, Bihar. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop prototypes for various projects, utilizing a combination of 3D Printing, Mechatronics, Machining, and CFD Simulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into actionable prototyping plans.
• Conduct rapid prototyping experiments and iterate designs based on feedback and performance evaluations.
• Utilize COMSOL Multiphysics or similar software for the simulation and analysis of prototypes.
• Ensure prototypes meet quality standards and functional requirements through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Document all stages of the prototyping process, including design iterations, simulation results, and testing outcomes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in prototyping and engineering design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in prototyping and product development, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
• Proficiency in 3D Printing, Mechatronics, Machining, CFD Simulations, and rapid prototyping techniques.
• Hands-on experience with COMSOL Multiphysics or similar simulation software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Points:

• Experience with advanced manufacturing techniques such as additive manufacturing and subtractive manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability (DFM) principles and optimization techniques.
• Knowledge of material properties and selection criteria for prototyping purposes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Passion for innovation and willingness to experiment with new ideas and technologies.
