Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technology Lead to manage and oversee the development of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, API integration, and MySQL, combined with experience in web service design, DevOps, and AWS deployment. This role also requires excellent communication skills, proactive leadership, and a commitment to driving projects to successful completion while leading and supporting a small development team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable code, with a focus on Java, Spring Boot, and MySQL.
  • Integrate APIs with the front-end, ensuring seamless data exchange and user experience.
  • Architect and implement web services with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Manage deployment processes on AWS, ensuring smooth releases and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Lead and mentor a small development team, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall project objectives and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to best coding practices, DevOps methodologies, and security protocols.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Java and Spring Boot.
  • Strong experience with MySQL and API integration with front-end applications.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing web services.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS deployment and infrastructure management.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, with the ability to anticipate issues and find solutions.
  • Committed and driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership qualities; able to guide, support, and motivate a small development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 to 9 years of experience in software development and leadership roles.
