Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Proven work experience in solutioning, designing Architecture for Complex systems as system architect, Solutions architect or equivalent position.
  • Strong background in biotechnology, genomics, or biomedical fields, coupled with experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Proven experience in a techno-functional role, ideally with Pharma products like Benching , ELN, CDS etc.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
