Pimcore Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Pimcore Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Pimcore-based solutions to meet our business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop and design scalable and robust architecture for Pimcore implementations, tailored to meet specific business requirements.
• Integration: Plan and execute integrations between Pimcore and other systems (CRM, ERP, third-party APIs) to ensure seamless data flow and system coherence.
• Customization: Customize Pimcore functionalities and develop extensions or plugins as needed to meet business needs.
• Optimization: Monitor and optimize Pimcore performance, including query optimization, caching strategies, and overall system efficiency.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and support to development teams, including code reviews, mentoring, and best practice recommendations.
• Governance: Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, security, and compliance, including GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for system architecture, integrations, and customizations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing solutions and recommendations to prevent future occurrences.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years’ of hands-on experience as a Pimcore Architect, with a strong background in Pimcore architecture and implementation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Pimcore, and related technologies.
• Integration Experience: Hands-on experience with system integrations, including APIs and third-party services.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead technical teams, provide mentorship, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in Pimcore or related technologies are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment strategies.
