StaffAnchor is an early-stage recruitment agency focused on delivering top talent to businesses. We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Consultant who can acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients needing recruitment services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR heads, founders, hiring managers).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to onboard businesses.
  • Conduct client meetings—both virtual and in-person as needed.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of hiring solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet and exceed revenue and acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience in new client acquisition within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct field visits and attend team meetings in Noida when required.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
