Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Blueprint and Specification Preparation:

● Utilize computer-assisted drafting programs to create dimensional

drawings and assemble material specification documents for

construction projects.

● Review plans and blueprints prepared by team members for accuracy

and compliance with project requirements.

2. Project Workflow Management:

● Oversee project elements and monitor progress, including conducting

site visits for measurements and resolving contractor delays.

● Serve as a liaison between engineering team and construction workers,

facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

3. Cost Estimation and Budget Oversight:

● Develop cost estimates for materials and personnel based on project

plans and specifications.

● Assist in reviewing bids and supplier costs, making recommendations

to project leaders for optimal procurement decisions.

4. Construction Site Inspection:

● Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance

with specifications and regulations.

● Prepare reports detailing site conditions, progress, and any deviations

from plans for review by lead engineers.

5. Engineering Support:

● Provide support throughout the planning and construction processes,

including gathering data for permit applications and maintaining

records of change orders.

● Collaborate with lead engineers to address project needs and ensure

timely completion of tasks.

6. Project Reporting:

● Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders,

highlighting key milestones, budget insights, and potential challenges.

● Communicate effectively with team members to ensure transparency

and accountability in project execution.
