You’ll be working on a mix of digital creatives, outdoor ad designs, brand visuals, and motion projects that will be displayed across major Indian cities.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and loves transforming concepts into high-impact visuals.Key Responsibilities:Design and animate visually striking motion graphics for digital and outdoor advertising.Create engaging static designs, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns and client presentations.Collaborate closely with the design lead, content, and marketing teams to develop cohesive brand visuals.Translate creative briefs into powerful, on-brand visuals that align with campaign goals.Edit and enhance video content for promotional and brand-related projects.Stay up-to-date with current design and motion trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.Required Skills & Tools:Motion Graphics & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Blender, Animator (or similar)Graphic Design & Illustration: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, FigmaStrong sense of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and color theoryExcellent communication skills and ability to understand creative directionAbility to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving environmentExperience Required:3+ years of professional experience in motion graphics, animation, and graphic design roles.Experience in agency or startup environments will be an added advantage.Who You Are:A creative thinker with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.Passionate about blending design and motion to create impactful brand experiences.A team player who takes feedback positively and thrives under creative challenges.Excited to grow with a startup where your designs will be seen by thousands every day.
