The company has offices in both India and the United States.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Benefits Administrator to support US employee benefits operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and prior experience or exposure to the US Healthcare or Employee Benefits domain. This is a full-time Work From Office role based out of Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune.Role DescriptionImplements and administers employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.Ensures HIPPA compliance and data privacyCommunicates benefits information to employees, including new hires and existing employees.Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.Manages billing and payments for employee benefit programs.Resolves issues related to employee benefits, including claims and eligibility.Maintains accurate employee benefits records and files.Assists with the preparation of annual reports and audits related to employee benefits.Provides support to the HR team as needed.QualificationsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.Ability to analyze data and prepare reports.Customer service oriented. Benefits Administration and Insurance coordination skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
