SubcoDevs Inc., a growing software development agency, is seeking a talented Upwork Sales Manager to join our team In this remote role, you'll play a pivotal role in securing new clients and maximizing project opportunities through Upwork, the leading freelance marketplace.


What You'll Do:

  • Manage our Upwork agency profile, optimizing proposals and creating compelling project descriptions to attract top-tier clients.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting customized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring successful project onboarding for both clients and our internal team.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships on Upwork, fostering trust and repeat business.
  • Contribute to other sales activities for SubcoDevs Inc. as needed.


You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

  • Proven experience in Upwork sales and a strong understanding of the platform.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals confidently.
  • A passion for the software development industry (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • High-speed internet access for seamless remote work.


Bonus Points for:

  • Experience in managing and growing a freelance team.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets on Upwork.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices for optimizing Upwork profiles.
