Job Summary:

As a BPO Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of service quality are maintained across all customer interactions within the BPO environment. You will monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of customer service representatives by analyzing call recordings, providing feedback, and implementing improvement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and Evaluate: Listen to and evaluate recorded or live calls to ensure compliance with company standards and client-specific guidelines.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on the performance of customer service representatives, highlighting areas for improvement and ensuring timely feedback is provided.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide constructive feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their performance and adherence to quality standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all customer interactions comply with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends and patterns in quality assurance results, recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team leaders, trainers, and managers to develop and execute quality improvement plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in a QA role within a BPO or customer service environment.
  • Experience with quality monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
