- Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets (print, digital, broadcast).

- Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication when necessary.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop, execute, and monitor PR campaigns aligned with the company's overall business and marketing objectives.
- Identify key audiences and develop targeted messaging to increase brand awareness.
- Coordinate PR efforts with marketing and content creation teams.
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the creation of public-facing communications such as speeches, articles, press kits, and social media posts.
- Edit and proofread PR materials to ensure consistency, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Crisis Management:
- Act as a spokesperson during challenging situations to manage negative publicity.
- Develop strategies to handle adverse situations and protect the brand's reputation.
- Event Management:
- Organize and promote company events such as product launches, press briefings, and community outreach programs.
- Ensure these events receive adequate media coverage.
- Brand and Stakeholder Communication:
- Develop a consistent brand message across all communication channels.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitoring and Reporting:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, preferably in a managerial role.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital communications strategies.
- Crisis management experience is a plus.
