Position: Senior Project Manager – Pharma/Biotech EPC ProjectsLocation: PuneEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking the right candidate for our client, a reputed Pharma Engineering projects & manufactuing, to lead EPC projects in the Pharma and Biotech sectors.The role involves complete ownership of project delivery, team leadership, and client relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for key clients and ensure customer satisfaction.Lead project execution across multiple sites while managing timelines, resources, and budgets.Conduct stakeholder meetings, design reviews, and progress updates.Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams – engineers, project managers, procurement, and site teams.Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and operations.Manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost control.Support contract negotiations, vendor management, and issue resolution.Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred).8–15 years of experience in EPC project management role.Experience in Pharma, Biotech, or Chemical projects is essential.PMP certification is an added advantage.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
