We are now seeking a dynamic, well-motivated, and highly qualified Clinical Coordinator to join our Department of Cancer Prevention and Early Detection.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator to oversee and contribute to the efficient functioning of our Cancer Prevention and Early Detection department. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and a passion for advancing cancer prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical support and guidance in the prevention and early detection of cancer. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
- Patient Coordination: Oversee patient assessments, screenings, and early diagnosis programs. Ensure smooth coordination between patients and healthcare teams.
- Research and Education: Contribute to research initiatives in cancer prevention and early detection. Educate patients and staff on the latest advancements and best practices in cancer prevention.
- Data Management: Ensure proper collection, management, and analysis of clinical data related to cancer screenings, genetic testing, and preventive measures.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with oncologists, geneticists, and other specialists to develop personalized prevention and early detection strategies for patients.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain and update patient records, assist in the management of departmental schedules, and ensure that the department operates smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
- MD in Internal Medicine, DNB in Medical Genetics, or PhD in Medical Genetics from a recognized institution.
- Fully registered as a medical practitioner with the relevant medical councils.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a clinical or research setting related to cancer prevention, early detection, or genetics.
