We are seeking a talented and motivated HRIS Success Factors Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SAP SuccessFactors Suite (particularly focusing on the Employee Central module and On-/Off-boarding module), identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HRIS systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Your responsibilities:

  • Support maintenance and enhancement of the SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Functional rollout of SuccessFactors Onboarding for multiple countries.
  • Use People Analytics to create Story Reports in SF and setup management reports/KPIs within SF scope.
  • Deal with incidents, problems, and change requests.
  • Support interface between SuccessFactors and other core applications.
  • Collaborate with global and local business area to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Convert functional requirements into clear and manageable user stories, ensuring alignment across diverse business units.
  • Design, document, and execute test cases, and support user training and post-implementation activities.
  • Key team member in the Payroll integration implementation project with clear objective to enhance EC functionalities. Integrate SF EC and Local Payroll systems (multiple countries rollout).
  • Support maintenance of existing SF Modules like PM/GM, LMS, Succession/CDP.
  • Key contributor in implementation of offborading and recruitment module.


Your profile:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution, with degree preferred in Human Resources, or similar field in management (advanced degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in the SAP SuccessFactors platform, especially in Employee Central, Onboarding and Off-boarding modules.
  • Experience in global-scale consulting firms, and/or Industrial and/or Chemical companies will be appreciated.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications Employee Central, Onboarding.
  • Strong business domain knowledge, standards and best practices.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
