Job Summary
Digamber Finance is seeking an
Executive Assistant (EA) to the Whole Time Directors (WTDs)
will act as a strategic partner, providing high-level administrative, operational, and business support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)
environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive & Strategic Support
Act as the first point of contact between the WTDs and internal/external stakeholders.
Manage the WTDs' calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
Prepare executive reports, business presentations, and board documents.
Support in tracking key business metrics, financial reports, and operational performance.
2. Business Coordination & Operations
Assist in business strategy planning, market research, and competitor analysis.
Follow up on key action points from leadership meetings and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Compliance, HR, Sales, Operations) for seamless workflow from office of WTDs.
3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
Draft official communication, emails, reports, and minutes of meetings.
Build strong relationships with investors, board members, and key business partners.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
4. Project & Task Management
Oversee special projects and initiatives assigned by the WTDs.
Ensure timely follow-ups and reporting on critical business functions.
Implement and monitor business process improvements for increased efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent organizational & time management skills
Strong financial & business acumen (preferably in NBFC/BFSI sector)
High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and business analytics tools
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
At least graduate with experience in
NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services
preferred. Prior experience working with
CXOs, MDs, or senior leadership .
