Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Valuation Associate, located in Ahmedabad. The Valuation Associate will be responsible for conducting business valuations, performing financial modeling, and providing analytical support across various valuation projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, preparing detailed valuation reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and valuation methodologies. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Valuation and Valuation methodologiesStrong Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling expertiseSolid understanding of Finance principles and conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrior experience in a valuation or finance role is highly desirableBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
